Our consulting engagements are long term retainer-based engagements that are aimed at the development of business practices, processes, and human resources that can result in demonstrable competitive advantage for our clients. Based upon our experience, achieving these objectives requires successful implementation of a two to three year capability and competency development plan. This plan is presented to the clients for their agreement after an initial “Assessment & Design” phase.

We do not undertake short term assignments that, in our judgment, are unlikely to provide significant and demonstrable value to our clients.
